Terms of Service

Last updated 4 August 2026. We are , Bengaluru, India — GSTIN , CIN .TrueNorthGulf is based in Bengaluru, India.

1. Who we are and what we do

TrueNorthGulf is a document preparation and application-support service. We help you assemble, check and sequence the documents required for a visa application, and we help you keep track of deadlines.

We are not immigration consultants, lawyers or agents, and we do not represent you to any government. Canadian law requires anyone who is paid to give immigration advice or to represent an applicant to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to be an authorised representative — a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), a lawyer or paralegal with a Canadian provincial or territorial law society, or a notary of the Chambre des notaires du Québec. We are none of these, we do not perform that work, and we do not hold ourselves out as doing so.

You remain the applicant at all times. You answer your own application questions, you sign your own declarations, and you submit your own application through official government channels.

2. What is included

The specific scope of each service is set out on the relevant service page and in your order confirmation. Broadly, our services may include:

  • a document checklist prepared for your stated circumstances
  • review of the documents you upload against the published requirements current at the time of review
  • a written report identifying gaps, inconsistencies or non-compliant documents
  • guidance on completing official online portals
  • appointment booking assistance and deadline reminders
  • status tracking until a decision is issued

3. What is not included

  • immigration, legal, financial or tax advice of any kind
  • representation before IRCC, ICP, GDRFA, any embassy, consulate or visa application centre
  • completion of your application answers or declarations on your behalf
  • drafting statements for you to submit as your own words
  • any guarantee, assurance or prediction as to the outcome of your application

4. Your obligations

You agree that:

  • all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, complete and your own;
  • you will disclose any previous visa refusal, overstay, deportation or immigration record, for any country;
  • you will not ask us to prepare, alter, or assist with any document that is forged, altered, or misleading; and
  • you will verify all information against official government sources before you submit.

We will terminate your engagement immediately and without refund if we discover that you have supplied fabricated or altered documents, or asked us to assist with a misrepresentation. We may also decline to act for you at our discretion. Misrepresentation in an immigration application is a serious matter and can result in multi-year bars on entry; we will not participate in it.

5. Fees, taxes and government charges

Our service fee is stated before you pay and is exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. A GST invoice is issued for every transaction.

Government fees are separate and are paid by you, directly to the relevant authority. We do not collect them and we do not mark them up. Third-party costs — such as medical insurance, immigration medical examinations, translations and courier charges — are paid by you directly to those providers.

Government fees, thresholds and requirements change without notice. Any figures shown on our website carry the date on which we last verified them and are provided for general information only.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. No guarantee of outcome

Visa decisions rest entirely with the deciding authority and involve the exercise of official discretion. We have no influence over any decision and make no representation about the likely outcome of your application, your prospects of approval, or processing timelines. A visa, once issued, is not a guarantee of entry — admission is determined by a border officer at the port of entry.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the service fee you have paid to us for the service in question.

We are not liable for: the refusal of any application; processing delays; changes in law, policy, fees or thresholds; the acts or omissions of any government authority, visa application centre, insurer, physician, translator or courier; loss of travel bookings; or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Intellectual property

Checklists, reports, templates and other materials we produce are provided for your personal use in connection with your own application. You may not resell or redistribute them.

10. Your data

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Grievance officer
