Refund disputes are the most common complaint made against visa services in India. So we state our terms plainly, before you pay, rather than burying them.
| When you cancel | Refund of our service fee |
|---|---|
| Before we begin reviewing your documents | 100% |
| After review has begun, before submission to the government | 50% |
| After your application has been submitted to the government | No refund |
Once your application has been submitted, our work is complete regardless of the outcome, and the fee is not refundable.
We never collect government fees, so we cannot refund them. You pay IRCC or the relevant UAE authority directly. Those authorities set their own refund rules, over which we have no control. The same applies to amounts you pay directly to insurers, panel physicians, translators and couriers.
We do not refund our fee if your application is refused, and we want to be direct about why.
We are paid to prepare and check your documents. A refusal does not mean that work was not done. Any service promising a full refund on refusal has either priced that risk into a higher fee, or written terms narrow enough that most refusals do not qualify — read those terms closely before relying on the headline.
What we do instead: if a Canada application we prepared is refused, we will review your GCMS notes and prepare your reapplication file at a reduced fee, stated on the relevant service page. That is a commitment of real work rather than a marketing line.
If we decline or terminate an engagement for any reason other than your breach of these terms — for example, if we conclude we cannot properly assist with your case — we refund the full service fee.
Where we terminate because you supplied fabricated or altered documents, or asked us to assist with a misrepresentation, no refund is payable.
Email with your name, order reference and reason. We respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 working days depending on your bank.
